"3DOM' - [ENG] "FREEDOM" - [PL] "WOLNOŚĆ" [ENG] Once I was approached by a wise man sharing his true-life wisdom with me -„Freedom exists within a dream“. After a passage of a few years the following question sprang to my mind -„What if my art gives me a freedom in reality ? Does that make me a dreamer? In order to understand the idea of this project one should ask oneself a question… What is freedom to an artist? Does the projection of the world in an abstract way give an indication of madness or escape from routine thinking? Many people claim that a dream is nothing more than projection of our subconscious although, it is created by our mind we experience it first-hand being a part of it.. We build the unconscious world in which we are totally free.. The unlimited world where the only principle and law is our comprehension of the reality. We sometimes fly in a dream and another time we fall...every now and then we see dragons, demons and next time we see people who are close to us and who we love. Everything depends on what we really desire and what we fear. The art is the same thing for me. The art provides me with an opportunity to forget about problems and any rules governing this sick world. Even though not all people see my art with my own eyes and do not quite comprehend the sense of my moves they are able to notice abstraction and freedom…freedom in movement and boundless possibilities of creativity. The body becomes a paintbrush and a dance floor becomes a canvas respectively. Fear in this case is nothing more than lack of willingness to take a risk. The risk of downfall and evaluation of our art by others. An artist relying on somebody else’s opinion will never take a risk of creating his or her own, unique moves…He or she will never take a risk of entering the world which is completely abstract. Such a dancer is not an artist but a sportsperson..he or she is a mere carbon copy..an another clone...duplication of the real artist’s projection.. Only the brave ones can be really free. [PL] Pewnego razu podszedł do mnie mądry mężczyzna, który podzielił się ze mną swoją mądrością wziętą prosto z życia-“Wolność istnieje w marzeniach”. Po upływie kilku lat nasunęło mi się następujące pytanie: -„A co jeżeli moja sztuka daje mi w rzeczywistości wolność? Czy to czyni mnie marzycielem? Aby zrozumieć idee tego projektu należy zadać sobie pytanie... Czym jest wolność dla artysty ? Czy projekcja świata w sposób abstrakcyjny świadczy o szaleństwie czy ucieczce od rutynynowego myślenia ? Wielu uważa, że sen jest niczym więcej jak projekcją naszej podświadomości...mimo tego, że tworzy ją nasz umysł to jednak doświadczamy go na własnej skórze bedąc jego częścią. Budujemy nieświadomie świat, w którym jesteśmy całkowicie wolni..Świat nieograniczony, gdzie jedyną zasadą i prawem jest nasze pojmowanie rzeczywistości. Niekiedy w śnie latamy, a innym razem spadamy...niekiedy widzimy smoki, demony a innym razem osoby, które są nam bliskie i które kochamy. Wszystko zależy od tego czego tak naprawdę pragniemy i czego się boimy. Sztuka jak dla mnie jest tym samym. Sztuka daje mi możliwość zapomnienia o problemach i o wszelkich zasadach panujących w tym chorym świecie. I choć nie wszyscy widzą moją sztukę moimi oczami, i nie do końca pojmują sens moich ruchów to jednak potrafią dostrzec abtrakcję i wolność.. wolność ruchu i nieograniczone możliwości kreowania. Ciało staje się pędzlem a parkiet płutnem. Strach w tym przypadku jest niczym więcej jak brakiem chęci podjęcia ryzyka. Ryzyka upadku i oceny naszej sztuki przez innych. Artysta opierający się na cudzej opini nigdy nie podejmie się ryzyka tworzenia swoich własnych, unikalnych ruchów.. nigdy nie podejmie ryzyka wejścia w świat całkowicie abstrakcyjny. Taki tancerz nie jest artystą, lecz sportowcem..jest jedynie kopią ..kolejnym klonem.. powieleniem projekcji prawdziwego artysty. Jedynie odważni potrafią być naprawdę wolni.
